The topic was about building creator-friendly programs.
All three speakers said the same thing in different ways:
Creators leave programs because the experience wasn’t built for them.
The brands seeing the strongest creator performance aren’t necessarily paying the highest rates. They’re building relationships (and campaigns) that are creator lead. NOT brand led. ⬅️
Affiliate Marketing Was Built for Affiliates, Not Creators
One of the strongest observations from Awin was that the industry spent years expecting creators to behave like traditional affiliates - this is why they built tech in order to bridge the gap.
